Dairy of a Rookie Cook

I fell down a rabbit hole of youtube videos the other day, and came across this gem:




Granted, the eggs are no longer cheap but still, it seemed easy enough. I don't own piping bags, so I couldn't make them tall, but I seemed to get the texture right.



My only real anxiety was trying to figure out the temperature of the pan. I kept trying different heat levels so it would look like the video. Once I was all done, my brain helpfully informed me that I could have just googled a written recipe to solve the problem.


Thanks Brain. Way to be a team player.
