Netflix's reality show Physical 100 is back for a new season! I love this show.
It's fun to watch people who are really good at something do the thing they are really good at
I really like the design of the games, which call for strategy and the strengths of different types of athletes.
For instance, in Season One there was a powerhouse team made up of massive dudes, but the first test was based on speed and endurance and they lost.
This season, the teams have really focused on balancing their strengths and weaknesses, which makes for really interesting viewing. I loved the maze challenge.
